Service Description
Needing to Learn a Framework for Balanced Nutrition? Jill will go over what you are eating and your current strategies and sticking points. In your first session she will discuss the 5 Nutrition Frameworks she teaches, and together you will choose the best one for you. You will take away all of the tools for planning, prepping and proper execution. You will schedule your second call when you feel the timing is right. Discuss your progress and roadblocks, get new insights and refine your process. On the 3rd call you might like to learn a NEW Framework and make a plan for moving forward with great success.
